INTELLEX® Client Support

On-Line Help

INTELLEX PC, INTELLEX Report, and INTELLEX GIS each include an extensive built-in Help utility. And, once completed, a new Support section of the Energy Graphics website currently under development will provide additional services and information for clients. Software clients are also entitled to free downloads of Energy Graphics Gulf of Mexico lease sale results map CGM files after each GOM lease sale.

Training

All software training is free for all INTELLEX Exploration System software clients. Sessions are scheduled as necessary, and are available on an individual or group basis. Courses include: Basic INTELLEX, INTELLEX Report, Color Lease Maps, 3D Shotpoint Management, and Well Management. For more information, please Email Patti Stefek or call (281) 558-2061.

Updates

With FREE Data and Software updates, we keep you current! Database Updates are mailed to all INTELLEX clients the second week of each month. These updates are easy to use and are of utmost importance so clients can be sure they are using the most current data available when evaluating and planning prospects. It's one of the advantages INTELLEX users have over the competition. Interim software updates are available on the EGI website and can be reached from the Help button in each INTELLEX software program. (Password required)
